By accessing or using any WebPe platform or service (www.webpe.in and all sub-domains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any WebPe platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be bound by them.

2. Our Services

WebPe provides SaaS platforms (including but not limited to mini.webpe.in, biz.webpe.in, wa.webpe.in, ecomm.webpe.in, bulk.webpe.in) and expert digital services including website development, digital marketing, SEO, and app development. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use WebPe platforms for:

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages beyond permitted campaign volumes
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
• Harassment, hate speech, or content that violates Indian law
• Reselling platform access without authorization

5. Payment Terms

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All WebPe platform code, designs, logos, and content are the intellectual property of WebPe. Content you create using our platforms remains yours. By using our platforms, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

WebPe's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in the 3 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
