We want you to be completely satisfied with WebPe's platforms and services. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
SaaS Platform Subscriptions
For our monthly and annual SaaS subscriptions (mini.webpe.in, biz.webpe.in, wa.webpe.in, ecomm.webpe.in, bulk.webpe.in):
- Free Trial Period: If a free trial is offered, no charges apply during the trial period. You may cancel anytime during the trial without charge.
- Monthly Plans: No refunds for partial months. You may cancel before the next billing date to stop future charges.
- Annual Plans: If you cancel within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are issued on a pro-rated basis minus a processing fee, at our discretion.
- Service Outages: If our platform experiences downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may request a credit equivalent to the affected period.
Expert Services (Website Development, Marketing, etc.)
- Deposits: Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Milestone-Based Projects: Completed milestones are non-refundable. If you cancel a project mid-way, you are charged for work completed to date.
- Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with delivered work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue or offer a partial refund at our discretion.
Digital Products (digi.webpe.in)
Due to the digital nature of products, all digital product sales are final. Refunds are only issued if: the product is significantly different from its description, the download is broken or inaccessible, or a technical error resulted in a duplicate charge.
Bulk Campaign Credits
Unused campaign credits (WhatsApp, SMS, Voice) may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if no campaigns have been run. Credits used for delivered campaigns are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at care@webpe.in or WhatsApp us at +91-97553 44520 with your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
